Privacy policy
We collect only the data needed to create accounts, protect the realm and operate player-facing features.
Controller and contact
Data is controlled by the C9Realm - Circle of Nine operator. For account or privacy matters, use the official Discord #pomoc channel or contact the administration.
Data we store
Your e-mail address, profile and realm account names, a secure password hash, accepted-rules version, login sessions, limited technical data needed to protect the account, and in-game events required by the ladder, Armory, Holy Grail, achievements, trade, clans, statistics and moderation. Private website messages are stored so they can be delivered and reported abuse can be reviewed.
Purpose and retention
Account data is processed to operate the realm and protect the community. Active data is kept while the account remains active. Season results, public rankings and achievements may remain in the historical archive. Security logs and moderation evidence are kept only as long as needed to protect the realm and resolve disputes.
Sharing and public visibility
Account and character names, results, equipment, finds, achievements, clans, listings and season events may be public. E-mail addresses, password hashes, IP addresses and private messages are not public. Notifications may be sent to the official Discord according to topic settings. We do not sell data or mailing lists.
Your settings and rights
Your profile controls presence, messages and notifications. You may request access, correction, export or deletion. Deletion may retain anonymized season results and records needed to demonstrate a moderation decision or settle a dispute.
Security and cookies
Passwords are stored as resistant hashes, sessions use secure cookies and data-changing actions require an additional protection token. We use only cookies required for sign-in, language and security - no advertising trackers.
