How exactly do the zones work?+
The zone changes every hour and affects only newly created Nightmare and Hell games. A game keeps the rotation captured at creation until it closes. The first character's level is frozen: regular monsters, champions and random uniques scale to creator level +2, while supported bosses and superuniques scale to +5. Caps are 71/74 on Nightmare and 96/99 on Hell.
A higher level may unlock a better Treasure Class, but it does not guarantee a rune, unique item or extra drop. Magic Find, NoDrop, monster density, resistances and immunities remain unchanged. Normal and Ironman SSF do not currently use Desecrated Zones.

SSF remains a mode for the toughest: a separate ladder, Ethereal Hard Grail and verified solo challenges. Each game belongs to the account and character that created it - after leaving, only that same hero may return.

Prepare a legal Diablo II: Lord of Destruction 1.13c or 1.14d installation. The C9Realm installer detects the version, prepares Polish or English and creates an isolated copy with the realm connection, HDMod and BH.
