Three places, three command types. Start with !help in the main channel or send /w *C9Bot !help. The exclamation mark is required. C9Bot replies by whisper by default, keeping the lobby quiet.

Type these after entering a game. .players changes gameplay scaling, while runner commands start and measure a challenge automatically.
.players 1-8The game creator sets the current game's total scale. Once accepted, C9Bot whispers the requested and effective values. The setting does not carry into the next game.
.players / .players statusShows every player the requested and effective values, real character count and lock state.
.players lockThe creator can manually freeze the scale. Without this command, the first kill sets a floor: the scale may later be raised, but never lowered.
.run whole-gameOn a fresh level-1 character, starts an automatic solo run to Hell Baal. The realm identifies the character, records bosses, Ancients and acts, then finishes the attempt.
.rstart / .rsplit / .rfinishAdvanced manual commands for legacy categories. They are not needed for Whole Game.
.grail [character]Optionally registers character observation/diagnostics. The server-side Grail credits a valid drop and pickup automatically; this command is not required. Alias: .g.
.players N sets the total p1-p8 scale, not a multiplier. On Standard, the effective value never drops below the real player count. Example: four people and .players 8 means p8 - the equivalent of four additional players.
